Rotork plc is a Bath-based British company manufacturing industrial flow control equipment. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.
As part of an ongoing streamlining effort, Rotork wanted to gather information on processes within the business that affect the promised delivery dates to the customer. Rotork were keen to implement changes that would improve this deliverable.
Project management
Rotork wanted to implement a global travel booking system to deliver a better service to its teams and also to drive efficiencies in its supply chain. Nine Feet Tall was engaged to support the management of the project and the supplier.

Rotork was keen to ensure that its global teams were ready for the impact of GDPR in 2018. Nine Feet Tall was engaged to support the delivery of the identified programme of work. Nine Feet Tall managed this programme and also provided specialist change and communications support.

Process optimisation
As part of an ongoing initiative to improve efficiencies and increase customer satisfaction, Rotork wanted to review their order and fulfilment processes. Nine Feet Tall was brought in to analyse the related business processes and identify areas which could be improved.
Nine Feet Tall provided quick wins and longer term suggestions for the business to improve processes in 3 key areas.
Programme Risks and Cost Opportunities
We helped Rotork to understand the risks & implications of the new IR35 legislation and determine what it would mean in practical terms. Nine Feet Tall supported the development of the response timing plan and risk analysis to ensure Rotork were ready ahead of the new legislation.
