Picking up an inflight programme of work the initial focus was on a rapid health check and forward action plan to de-risk delivery and provide more assurance on the route to live. Nine Feet Tall took ownership of the governance of the programme to support the IT Director and board level sponsors and played a critical role in winning hearts and minds for the changes required for success. Our small and expert team were able to partner with clients, get involved in the details needed for success and bring in new capabilities to enable a well planned, de-risked and successful cutover to live operations.
