Project Management
In January 2019 TLT initiated a project to scope, build, test and ultimately migrate all users on to a new Windows 10 Desktop. TLT wanted to ensure device compatibility and build a modern fit platform for future application upgrades and deployments. Nine Feet Tall were brought in to oversee project delivery and business engagement.

Project Governance and Assurance
TLT has a progressive change strategy, consisting of a large portfolio of projects that need to be delivered to the firm, its staff and its clients. Nine Feet Tall was brought in to manage help sequence, shape and structure the portfolio and ensure resources were allocated and prioritised. Nine Feet Tall helped embed the project governance and chair the strategic change board, a forum for Partners to approve and prioritise initiatives. Nine Feet Tall also provided assurance, leadership and support to a number of strategic IT projects, overcoming challenges and barriers and keeping the project on track.

Case Management System Process Maps
Nine Feet Tall was approached by TLT for business analysis support on their case management transformation project. TLT were implementing a new system which aimed to automate processes and increase efficiency for fee earners. Nine Feet Tall quickly stepped in to develop detailed process maps for the Plot Sales case type within their new system. The work included refining existing process maps, creating new process maps and providing business analysis assurance. NineFeetTall’s involvement injected pace and allowed TLT’s project to regain momentum.
Nine Feet Tall delivered the project on time and to good quality, keeping everything on track during some challenging technical issues. Business feedback has been great and we’re set up for further big projects around the corner.
