Extremely versatile and personable, Tiggy has led projects in the Legal, Construction, Financial Services and Regulation and Not for Profit sectors, helping organisations overcome their challenges and embed change that creates real value. Always striving to establishing strong, lasting relationships built on trust and open conversation, Tiggy believes that the key to delivering successful projects is to ensure that everyone is on-board and engaged from the outset. She applied this approach when successfully managing Camden Council and its 5000+ staff through a cultural change project. Outside of work, Tiggy enjoys a good holiday, family time and a night out with friends.
