Bath Rugby was founded in 1865 and is one of the leading rugby teams in the premiership. As well as delivering results on the pitch, Bath Rugby have major operations running behind the scenes to manage their business, partners and charity foundation – the Bath Rugby Foundation.
Foundation strategy
The Bath Rugby Foundation had experienced a period of growth since it was established in 2003 and was looking to provide more rigour and structure to its operations. We were brought in to set up the right structure, processes and strategy to grow turnover tenfold in the next 3 years.
PM player training
Bath Rugby invests a significant amount of time in player development and wanted to further this work by bringing experts on board to provide training and workshops in their area of expertise. We were responsbile for running a series of workshops on project management and entrepreneurship.
Developed – Capabilities
Nine Feet Tall brought a clear structure and were able to engage, enthuse and develop the people to create a high performing team.
