Streamline student experience
City University London set about radically improving its Nursing and Midwifery registration and administrative processes (from application to graduation). We were brought in to lead and deliver the transformation, ensuring that the processes were streamlined, cost effective and fit for the future.
Nine Feet Tall were tremendous in motivating and enabling City University to change its way of working and adopt a more proactive culture. They have broken down barriers and increased collaboration between academic and administration staff.
