Development academy and portal
Deutsche Bank set about implementing a highly bespoke development academy that would provide the organisation with a single learning portal, accessible by all. Our team led the project to deliver the academy and portal, enabling professional development across the firm.
This was a project were we successfully adopted an agile approach to accommodate changing scope and enable fast paced delivery.
