ERP implementation
Following a period of accelerated growth, The Guinness Housing Partnership set about a change programme to consolidate multiple systems and processes into a single ERP system launched company-wide. The Guinness Partnership engaged us to coordinate the launch of the programme – holding critical roles across a number of work streams including project and programme management, change, business analysis and PMO.
