The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is a regulator set up to protect the general public. They maintain a register of over 300,000 health and care professionals across 15 different health professions, who are required to meet their standards in training, professional skills, behaviour and health.
Fitness to practice
The Fitness to Practise department at HCPC set about achieving an ambitious change programme that would radically overhaul its operational processes, introduce a new online case management solution and see the department transition to a completely paperless process. We managed the delivery of a new IT solution, business processes and KPIs.

Transforming education
The Education department set about developing a centralised, efficient and streamlined system for the planning, management, communication and storage of Education data. We were appointed to lead this project from start to finish.
