Imperial College initiated the implementation of a new CRM software and a complete redesign of operational business processes. The project aimed to deliver a single view of contact history, enable event management and build relationships to ultimately achieve aggressive fundraising targets. We were engaged to help select the right CRM solution and Partner for Imperial College and subsequently lead the implementation of the new system and delivery of the benefits outlined in the business case.
