Business Efficiencies
Nine Feet Tall assessed Jessie May’s fundraising process and identified areas for opportunity. This included becoming paper light, improving the use of their CRM, introducing a DMS and improving the donor experience. The purpose of the work was to mazimise efficiencies throughout the end to end fundraising process.

When Jessie May were forced to cut costs because of the pandemic, Nine Feet Tall provided key marketing support to raise awareness of their incredible work. This included communications to stakeholders through email and video, a marketing campaign for Children’s Hospice Week and the design and delivery of Jessie May’s Annual Impact Report.
