Practice management system implementation

Mewburn Ellis embarked on a project to replace their Practice Management System but during the testing phase, realised that they needed additional support. We were engaged to project manage the Test and Go Live phases of the project to ensure that the project was successfully rolled out and the full benefits of using the new system were realised as soon as possible.
