Nuffield Health is the largest not-for-profit healthcare provider in the United Kingdom. Established in 1957 the charity operates 31 Nuffield Health Hospitals and 111 Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Gyms.
High performing teams
We worked with a number of hospital leadership teams to provide challenge and insight to help increase team performance levels. Workshop sessions were highly customised to meet Nuffield Health’s specific requirements and new techniques introduced to help assess team performance and styles.
