With over 3,000 employees, Viridor is one of the UK’s largest utilities companies. Its primary services are in plastics recycling and energy recovery. Viridor boasts the UK’s largest network of 300+ advanced recycling, energy recovery and landfill diversion facilities with a waste collection service of 600+ vehicles.
Across the recycling sites, Viridor needed to upgrade asset management software. A Work Management project was established to implement the new system to all sites.
9FT onboarded to the project team quickly and effectively. They have been great to work with and have fitted in well. The project is not easy but the 9FT team has displayed excellent resillience and positive outlook. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 9FT in the future.

Viridor wanted to improve user adoption of their D365 Asset Management Module. Nine Feet Tall were engaged to assess and encourage adoption and embed the system into ways of working across Viridor. Nine Feet Tall established governance structures within the wider project team to monitor and track improvements to the Asset Management Module. Nine Feet Tall acted as the communication and engagement lead to build momentum and embed the module into ways of working. This work included establishing a super user induction programme, refreshing training material and delivering tailored onsite stakeholder group sessions.
