Nine Feet Tall – The Best Place to Work!

We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for the Best Place to Work Award in the Bath Chronicle Business Awards. We are incredibly proud of the team we have built and are delighted to receive recognition for the unique culture, career path and wellbeing initiatives we have created.

Our team of consultants are used to spending a large percentage of their time travelling, as we have clients up and down the country. Keeping up a healthy lifestyle often gets pushed to the backburner in the thick of project delivery, when you’re staying away at client site and you can’t visit your local gym or cook your own super green meals. So we work hard to put employee well-being at the top of our agenda.

We have a number of initiatives to support this; our annual team surf trip, cash-back for taking an annual health check, discounted gym memberships, yoga sessions at our company days and a cycle to work scheme and regular socials, to name but a few. We also have an exciting career development framework and every employee has the chance to help shape our strategy at our annual away days.

Tiggy Robinson, Partner and Head of Talent Management, was ecstatic when we received the good news and had this to say,

We employ some of the brightest people in the industry and ensure our team has every opportunity to build a successful and rewarding career. We promote innovation and nurture our talent and our values underpin everything that we do. One of my favourite things about Nine Feet Tall is the feeling of being part of a family; something gained through our collaborative, open and honest working relationships.

We would like to extend our congratulations to all of this years’ finalists and look forward to dusting off our party outfits for the ceremony on 28 September.
