Laing O’Rourke set about evaluating the role of project delivery within the business and embarked on a rapid project to scope and implement a PMO function that would service the whole of their European Information Services (IS) and applications team. We worked with Laing O’Rourke to design and implement this PMO function that now sits at the heart of their European IS and applications department.
